As of now we are looking for Senior Python Django Developer (m/f/d). You have the possibility to work 100% remote or hybrid in our head office in Cologne.

Your tasks

• As a senior Python and Django developer, you will participate in all phases of software development, from requirements analysis to software design, implementation, and documentation

• You will be responsible for the development and support of the database systems and cloud infrastructure

• You will work in a cross-functional, international team consisting of business analysts, back-end developers, front-end developers, QA testers and DevOps

Your profile

• You have at least 4 years of relevant professional experience with Python and Django or similar Python frameworks (e.g. Flask or FastAPI)

• You are experienced in working with REST APIs and relational databases (ideally PostgreSQL) as well as a Docker-based cloud infrastructure

• You are familiar with task queues like Celery, caching solutions like Redis and CI/CD pipelines

• You are confident in applying software development best practices such as SOLID principles and design patterns

  DevOps knowledge in Microsoft Azure and/or experience in front-end development with Angular is a plus

• You are fluent in English and have a good command of German
