During your apprenticeship, you will get to know the workflows and operational processes in a modern media company, acquire cross-industry knowledge and skills and work actively in a team from the very beginning. From the first day, you will be accompanied by a mentor on site who will always have an open ear for you. In addition, a great network of Ströer trainees and BA students will be happy to help and advise you.
We currently offer the following apprenticeships:
Are you creative and do you enjoy creating and designing graphic and video material? Do you feel at home in the digital world? As a digital and print media designer (m/f/x) you will get to know the entire range of creative media production.
Are you an organisational talent and do you enjoy working with other people? Then we are looking for you as an office management assistant. If you are communicative, we are looking for you as a marketing communications clerk (m/f/x). There you will mainly work in the areas of marketing, sales and communication.
Do you enjoy contacting and advising customers? As a media salesperson (m/f/x), you will advise your customers about Ströer’s media products or services and work on the development and implementation of marketing concepts. If you feel comfortable in the age of the digital world, you are just right for this role.
As an IT specialist (m/f/x) you work in a modern IT environment. Do you enjoy working with people and technology? Are you interested in network solutions, data processing programs and web technologies? Then Ströer is the right place for you!
The apprenticeship usually lasts 3 years and can be shortened depending on school qualifications and performance.
An ideal combination of theory and practice: You want to study and at the same time undergo practical training right from the get-go? Then a dual study programme is just right for you!
During the practical phases, you will get to know the workflows and operational processes in a modern media company. You will actively participate, take on a variety of tasks and support projects. In the theory phases, you will enjoy practice-oriented lessons at the cooperating universities.

Ströer offers the dual study programme in Marketing & Digital Media in cooperation with the FOM Hochschule für Ökonomie & Management at various locations.
This is an exciting combination of practical expertise from marketing and basic business knowledge from your studies. In practical phases lasting several months in various commercial departments of the Ströer Group, especially in the areas of marketing and sales, you can actively participate and independently carry out projects.
Ströer offers the dual study programme in Business Administration in cooperation with the FOM University of Applied Sciences and the IBA (International Career Academy) at various locations.
The apprenticeship covers business and economic knowledge, business law expertise and scientific methods during your studies. During practical phases of several months in the various commercial departments of the Ströer Group, especially in the areas of marketing and sales, you can actively participate and independently carry out projects.
We offer the dual study programme in business informatics in cooperation with the FHDW in Bergisch Gladbach and the DHBW in Mannheim at various locations.
This combination offers business management knowledge during your studies and practical application of the theory learned in various IT departments of the Ströer Group. You can actively participate and independently carry out projects.
The dual study programme Management and Digitalisation is offered in cooperation with the FOM Hochschule für Ökonomie & Management at various locations.
This degree programme teaches knowledge and skills about the digital side of business and economics. A combination of classical know-how and the increasingly important IT knowledge makes this study programme so interesting. After the 7-semester dual study programme, you will have a good foundation and a wide range of business areas that you can actively support.
The course usually lasts 6-7 semesters. Ströer pays you an attractive salary and takes over the financing of your studies completely.
Our 18-month trainee programme gives you deep insights into our company, our business areas and many topics and organisations that you can get to know during this time. You will take responsibility for your own projects right from the start and from day 1 you will be accompanied by a mentor who will support you professionally and personally at all times.

You love to get in touch with customers and are not afraid to meet new people? As a sales trainee at the Ströer Group you will get to know both the field and office sales. Typical tasks include building up customer portfolios and supporting and retaining our customers.
Während Deines Trainee-Programms, wahlweise mit Fokus Sales oder Product, durchläufst Du verschiedene Einsatzstationen innerhalb unserer Medienvermarktung, bei denen Du einen umfassenden Einblick in die Ströer-Welt erhältst. Du arbeitest im Product-Bereich, begleitest integrative und crossmediale Vermarktungskonzepte sowie kundenindividuelle Kommunikationslösungen von der Entwicklung bis zur Umsetzung und unterstützt unseren Sales bei unseren Kund:innen direkt oder in der Zusammenarbeit mit Media-Agenturen. Du lernst unser Geschäft dabei aus verschiedensten Perspektiven kennen und bekommst nicht nur einen Einblick in das Daily Doing, sondern übernimmst auch strategische Projekte. Die Teilnahme an passgenauen Trainings rundet Dein Traineeship ab.
