I have been here since 2011.

What do you particularly like?

The collegial and uncomplicated atmosphere, the open culture, a very pleasant working environment and a lot of good exchange with my colleagues.

What do you think makes Ströer special?

We work in a very lively and exciting industry, in a rapidly changing environment, so there are always new tasks to be tackled.

Why do you think one should take the leap to Ströer?

This is no run-of-the-mill job! It’s diverse, varied, dynamic and always on the move. However, I have never laughed so much in my job and had so much fun with colleagues as I do here.

What do you have to bring to have fun and be successful here?

You must not mind creative and constructive chaos, you have to be flexible and open-minded, move into unfamiliar territory from time to time, and be courageous, pragmatic and practice-oriented.
