As Ströer is also looking for motivated new apprentices and dual students for the start of training in Munich in autumn 2020, a recruiting campaign was launched for this purpose. To go with a public video spot, there was also to be an Instagram takeover of the account “Ströer-Karriere” by the Munich BA students and apprentices. Although Ramona, Katrin and I have no Instagram or influencer skills whatsoever, it was immediately clear to the three of us: Challenge accepted – we’ll take it on! 😊
First of all, we were in charge of the creation of the public video campaign. For this, we worked closely with our in-house creative agency, Media Creation. Within a very short time of just two weeks, we developed various spots which were broadcast throughout Bavaria. Parallel to the public video campaign, we took over the Instagram career account for a week and gave our followers a daily insight into the day-to-day work of a BA student/apprentice at Ströer in Munich.
As part of our apprenticeship at Ströer, we always get the opportunity to work on special projects. This is what makes the dual study programme or apprenticeship so varied and exciting. It’s great fun to be responsible for a topic and to set yourself new challenges.
