“Because of the different projects you can get involved in on your own, no two days are the same for me. Things can therefore become pretty dynamic. Because in our case, it’s not the journey that counts, but the result.”

BA trainee projects
Ströer helps...
Our BA students founded the “Ströer helps” team in 2016 to support social projects and campaigns on socially relevant topics. Since then, numerous ideas and projects have been developed, implemented and supported together with colleagues: from the “Eyes open” campaign on the occasion of the annual Missing Children's Day, to the support of voluntary projects such as HelpingHands, to the creation of a child protection guide as a Pixi booklet in cooperation with the Missing Children's Initiative and the publisher Carlsen Verlag for World Children’s Day 2020.
TO THE STRÖER CAREER INSTAGRAM CHANNELAnnual Food Bank Campaign with the Tafel
Through the annual fundraising campaign of our apprentices and dual students in cooperation with the Tafel, numerous people in need are supported with food donations.
Diversity Challenge
The Charter of Diversity invited young employees from various companies to participate in the Diversity Challenge. The task was to come up with a sustainable project related to the topic of diversity within a team. There were three competition categories to choose from: shaping, living and rethinking DIVERSITY.
Our dual students participated with a total of five dual students teams and implemented projects such as a digital cookbook, a diversity board game and a diversity booklet.
