They develop product strategies, manage stakeholder expectations and are a member of the product teams. Together with the engineers, they ensure that we develop the right things at the right time to ensure our products are successful.

From high-performance AdTech stacks with hundreds of thousands of ad requests per second, to the implementation of smart and intuitive user interfaces, as well as web and app development, and back office solutions.
Our UX and UI designers create concepts, design the usability of our end applications, design user-friendly interfaces, optimise the websites of our leading online portals and develop concepts for our clients and partners.
Data engineers create, implement, and monitor data workflows ranging from initial ingestion to storage, in query-ready formats. They develop systems for processing huge amounts of data in different systems. They enable data analysis, machine learning-based applications, advanced search functionality, automated decision-making, reporting and much more.
Our data scientists are responsible for collecting, analysing and interpreting data to support decision making. They use statistics, scientific calculations, algorithms and systems to extract and extrapolate knowledge and insights, make predictions, explain observations and much more. Their algorithms form the basis for machine learning-based optimisation of the AdTech stack, for complex availability predictions or audience predictions.
SysOps and cloud engineers maintain and expand our ever-growing server and cloud infrastructure. They support the transition to a scalable container-based architecture. They are responsible for setting up reliable and scalable monitoring tools as well as helping us keep our systems and tools up to date. They also improve and implement backup and disaster recovery strategies.
Our most important task: stable and trouble-free provision as well as the renewal and expansion of the IT systems. What is the challenge? Our constantly-growing group structures with dynamic business areas and heterogeneous system landscapes are what make our field of work so exciting. We are responsible for delivering a smooth working environment for our colleagues, driving forward technological issues and ensuring Ströer's IT development in the digital age.
