We call it Headquarter because all central functions for the Group are bundled there. This means that we are responsible for the concerns of the entire company. The segments are responsible for their own business, develop their own strategies, and manage the resources they need for implementation independently. The Headquarter promotes and challenges the goals and strategies of the segments, fosters the exchange of best practices, and provides selected expertise or shared services.
