We commonly call it Headquarters because all the central functions of the group are concentrated there. This means that we are responsible for the interests of the entire company. The segments are responsible for the business and develop their own strategy and are responsible for the resources they need to implement it. Headquarters promotes and challenges the goals and strategies of the segments, promotes the exchange of best practices and offers selected expertise or shared services.

Our mission

Our Headquarters is the pivotal point that determines the direction of our company. We set a clear vision and goals across the board that motivate and inspire our segments.

Headquarters is a source of inspiration, advisor, service champion or sparring partner. We are responsible for financial reporting, risk management and ethical standards to ensure the integrity of the company and set framework conditions. But we also provide services and infrastructure. Ultimately, we want to support our segments and at the same time take responsibility for the overall result. We promote the further development of Ströer as a group through our future-oriented digitalisation projects, sustainability impulses and careful management.  At Headquarters, we ensure that applicable laws, regulations and company guidelines are adhered to.

Our Vision

At Headquarters, we will continue to provide meaningful support to the segments by:

  1. Coordinate resource optimisation across segments to create synergies and increase efficiency.
  2. Promote knowledge exchange, share best practices and experiences between segments and enable shared learning.
  3. Use economies of scale, take on central tasks and thus optimise joint activities and resources.


Through these measures, we support the segments in being able to perform, manage and improve their performance even better in order to maximise the company's overall success.
