In the Publisher Management department at Ströer, you are the central contact for marketing partners in the publisher sector and provide them with comprehensive support in all facets of the desktop, video and mobile business, including apps. Together with our publishers, you will develop innovative advertising formats, multiscreen and cross-digital products as well as specials and concepts. As a generalist, you advise and support our publishers on the entire range of digital marketing aspects in direct and programmatic marketing, in the orientation of the post-cookie and first-party data strategy as well as in the conception of online presences. In the Publisher Development & Acquisition area, you will support the expansion of our publisher portfolio as well as the roll-out and management of marketing partners, for example in the area of recommendation, native and intext video, as well as technological service providers for privacy solutions. As part of the acquisition of new publishers and marketing partners, we manage the entire pitch process right up to contract negotiation. We also manage communication for overarching topics from the specialist areas and initiate quarterly webinars in which we update our publishers on various topics.
A look at the product range in digital marketing reveals that Ströer offers a wide selection of classic digital products, but also special advertising forms and convergent products - from display to mobile, from audio to video, from native to performance. In product management digital, as a product owner, you are responsible and contact person for your product portfolio. You’ll develop new product ideas, coordinate them with other departments at Ströer and implement them together with the publishers. You control the creative and technical design as well as the commercial optimization of the products, including market-driven pricing. You’ll be the product expert. In the AdTech & Engineering department at Ströer, you will develop the ad stack of the future for Germany's largest online marketer. You will work in an international team with locations in Germany, New Zealand, the Czech Republic and Spain to develop our proprietary AdTech products such as the Ströer Supply Side Platform (SSP), the Ströer, based on big data, AI & ML algorithms and modern working methods to develop a data management platform (DMP) and the Ströer AdServer. In the Digital Operations area, you are primarily responsible for the implementation of I/O and programmatic guaranteed orders. As a campaign manager, you will implement innovative online campaigns for your clients in close coordination with the sales teams. As a team member, you will make a strong operational contribution to the creation, implementation, management, control and optimisation of online campaigns, particularly on a technical level. In Programmatic Advertising at Ströer, you’ll be a specialist in the automated delivery of online marketing campaigns. You’ll advise agencies and clients on optimising target group targeting and use the programmatic platforms developed by Ströer to efficiently manage campaigns.
