EmpowHer

Ströer is a digital, agile and flexible employer and is committed to diversity and gender equality. By signing the ‘Diversity Charter’, Ströer has committed to anchoring diversity within the company. Various networks also make their own significant contribution: Birgit Oßendorf-Will (Director of HR) and Simone Kollmann-Göbels (Senior Vice President Purchasing & Real Estate) founded the internal network to promote women and initiated EmpowHer. 

Promoting, supporting, encouraging female colleagues – that is the central goal behind the internal women's network EmpowHer. Overall, it is incredibly valuable to be able to address and share our own challenges and ask other women about their experiences and opinions. Meetings provide a space for this and take place every four to six weeks. The topic of further training is also on EmpowHer's agenda, in the form of various training courses and lectures held by internal and external speakers.

LOUT: the diversity network at Ströer for advice, community and exchange!

LOUT supports and connects employees at Ströer who want to create visibility for marginalised groups. It informs and raises awareness, serves as a mouthpiece and offers training for managers. The network creates presence and provides important information on the topic of diversity. In addition, contacts from various areas are available as trustworthy listeners and advisers.
